About the Event: Now in its second year, the “2026 Southern Talent Sustainability & Smart Transformation Exhibition (SEATS)” is rooted in the Greater Southern Industrial Corridor. It is Taiwan’s first exhibition to deeply integrate “Talent Development” with “Smart Transformation.” Centered on the core themes of “HR Empowerment x Smart Transformation x Global Integration,” the expo helps enterprises redefine organizational value in the AI era. By diving deep into the frontlines of manufacturing transformation, SEATS provides practical solutions and management strategies to address talent retention challenges, helping businesses seize transformation opportunities and succeed in the new era of Southern Taiwan.
