According to the Central Weather Administration’s heavy rain forecast, Tainan City will continue to experience short-term, heavy rainfall and torrential rain due to a southwestern air current. Significant road flooding has already been reported in many areas of the city, which is affecting traffic and posing a risk to the safety of commuters and students. To protect the lives and property of our citizens, the Tainan City Government has announced the suspension of work and school for tomorrow, Sunday, August 3rd, in accordance with Article 4, Clause 3 of the “Natural Disasters Work and School Suspension Act.”
