【Announcement】

In response to multiple electricity rate adjustments by Taiwan Power Company in recent years and to align with operational costs, our center will adjust electricity charges starting May 1, 2025.：

• The adjusted electricity unit rate is: NT$8.5 per degree (inclusive of tax).
• The current unit rate for water consumption remains: NT$13 per degree (inclusive of tax).

For customers with existing contracts, the terms stated in the contract will apply.
