The 2025 Tainan Auto Show, organized by the Tainan City Economic Development Bureau, will take place at ICC Tainan from February 27 to March 2, 2025. With over 110 exhibitors, the venue is fully booked, and an additional special exhibition area has been added, bringing the total to 550 booths. The show features four main themes: New Cars & Energy Vehicles, Motorcycles & Two-Wheel Vehicles, Auto Parts & Accessories, and Automotive-Related Industries. Additionally, there will be flash events featuring supercar teams and imported motorcycle teams.
Tainan Mayor Huang Wei-che stated that the city government continues to work with private sector resources to facilitate a variety of exhibitions at ICC Tainan, aiming to attract more quality exhibitors to Tainan for participation, viewing, or hosting events. By gathering visitors from across Taiwan and overseas, the event also boosts nearby industries such as dining, accommodation, and tourism, creating significant economic benefits.
Director Lin Rong-chuan of the Economic Development Bureau highlighted that the Tainan Auto Show, now in its third year, has seen enthusiastic participation from exhibitors, setting a new record for its scale. More than 20 brands are expected to showcase their products. Building on the popularity and strong sales generated by the previous two editions, the event hopes to attract even more buyers, corporate representatives, and visitors to Tainan, further driving business opportunities for the city.
In addition, an Auto Parts Industry Forum is scheduled for the afternoon of February 27, alongside the exhibition. Topics include “Trends and Analysis of the Electric Vehicle Market,” “Key Components and Systems for Smart Electric Vehicles,” and a panel discussion titled “Reaching New Heights: Progress and Challenges of Taiwan’s Automotive Industry.” The forum will focus on future market trends, transformation opportunities, and insights into the development of EV technologies. Industry professionals and the public are welcome to participate.
The Economic Development Bureau further noted that this year’s show will feature a wide array of supercars, alongside new models from brands such as Mercedes-Benz, VOLVO, Tesla, HONDA, NISSAN, MG, Hyundai, and HSBC Motors. The motorcycle section will showcase DUCATI, CFMOTO, APRILIA, KTM, Rongqiu Heavy Motorcycles, MOTO GUZZI, DAINESE, alpinestars, shoei, LUBRO, SUZUKI, and Kawasaki.
The two-wheeler section, including electric scooters, will feature SYM, Kymco, YAMAHA, Aeon, Vespa, eMOVING, Gogoro, PGO, and Cute Motor. Throughout the exhibition, the organizer has arranged exciting events such as stage dance performances, brand promotions, and lucky draws for attendees who meet certain spending thresholds.
