TAINAN, TAIWAN — The groundbreaking ceremony for “Wudong House” (武東好室), a social housing project initiated by the National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center (HURC), was held today (March 19). Scheduled for completion in 2029, the project will add 193 social housing units to Tainan City’s growing residential inventory.

 

Tainan City Mayor Huang Wei-cher noted that “Wudong House” is the second federal-led social housing project to break ground in the Guiren District.
